Elves at the ready on 1st December for an elf-tastic family friendly run for mental health!

Mental Elf is a unique event which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

It’s an inclusive event, accessible and open to all ages and abilities, and of course, festive fancy dress is very much encouraged!

Darlington Mind is a local Mind. The services which we offer are completely unique to our area and we need our own funds to help local people. We provide a wide range of support services including wellbeing and recovery services to help people experiencing emotional and mental health problems.
