They intend to use TRANS-STORE, Dockside Road, Middlesbrough, as an operating centre for one lorry.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE.
They have 21 days from the date of this notice to do so.
A copy of the letter must also be sent to FSL Couriers Ltd.
